Lloyd Bennett is the principal owner and founder of Lloyd E. Bennett, Esq., P.C. which has been located in Hudson County, N.J. since inception. He has been practicing law in New Jersey since 1987. He has always represented clients injured in accidents and never represents the insurance companies. He also represents families and businesses in a variety of immigration matters.
Lloyd is actively involved on the board of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is currently the vice-chair. For the past several years he has taken the fight for comprehensive immigration reform to Washington, D.C. where he lobbied for change on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association with the Representatives from New Jersey.

Lloyd is a 1987 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in 1984. He is the third generation of attorney practicing law in New Jersey. His grandfather and father were well respected attorneys in the community they served.
