Attorney Lloyd E. Bennett founded his personal injury law firm in 1987, being a third generation family of attorneys.  With over 22 years of service to the communities of Union City, he and his staff are dedicated to protecting your rights and handling your case with the personal attention you deserve. About Our Staff

Attorney Lloyd E. Bennett is a 1987 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J.  He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in 1984. He is the third generation of attorneys in his family practicing law in Union City. His grandfather and father were well respected attorneys in the community they served.

Lloyd is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and in the Federal Courts through the United States and is an active member of:

Attorney Lloyd Bennett is an experienced personal injury attorney.  He has recovered millions of dollars for his injured clients.  Lloyd has always worked for the injured and never the insurance companies.  Lloyd has received recognition in the list of Super Lawyers in 2008, 2009 and 2010.  He is also actively involved on the board of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is currently the vice-chair. For the past several years he has taken the fight for comprehensive immigration reform to Washington, D.C. where he lobbied for change on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association along with the Representatives from New Jersey. 

Attorney Max Herrera.  Graduated from Villanova Law School in 2002 and is a member of the NJ bar since 2006.  He has several years of of experience working on legal cases and is well versed in a courtroom setting.
